AutoReddit is operated by Qingxin LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered social intelligence platform.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Email address (for account creation and notifications)
  • Reddit OAuth tokens (when you connect your Reddit account)
  • Search queries and competitor URLs you enter
  • Outreach drafts you create or customize

Information collected automatically:

  • Browser type, device information, and IP address
  • Pages visited and features used within the Service
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookie Policy)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service (lead discovery, SEO analysis, GEO tracking, outreach generation)
  • To authenticate your Reddit account and execute actions you initiate
  • To send lead alerts and product updates (with your consent)

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Client-side data (leads, preferences, search history) is stored in your browser's localStorage
  • Reddit OAuth tokens are stored in secure httpOnly cookies
  • We do not maintain a centralized database of your leads or outreach content
  • API communications are encrypted via HTTPS

5. Third-Party Services

AutoReddit integrates with:

  • Reddit API — to search posts and execute outreach actions you initiate
  • OpenAI / AI providers — to generate outreach drafts and analyze content
  • Vercel — for hosting and serverless functions
  • Telegram — for optional lead alert notifications

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

  • With service providers necessary to operate the platform
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect our rights or prevent fraud

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data (stored locally in your browser)
  • Disconnect your Reddit account at any time via Settings
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Data Retention

Since most data is stored client-side, it persists only in your browser. Server-side session data (OAuth tokens) is retained only while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all server-side data is removed within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

AutoReddit is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
