1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoReddit ("the Service"), operated by Qingxin LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoReddit is an AI-powered social intelligence platform that helps SaaS companies discover potential customers on Reddit. The Service includes:

  • Real-time Reddit scanning and lead discovery
  • AI-generated outreach drafts (comments, DMs, one-liners)
  • SEO on-page analysis
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) AI visibility tracking
  • Reddit account integration for direct posting

3. User Accounts & Reddit Authorization

To use certain features, you may connect your Reddit account via OAuth2. By doing so, you authorize AutoReddit to:

  • Read public Reddit content on your behalf
  • Post comments or messages when you explicitly initiate them

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your connected accounts. AutoReddit will never post without your explicit action.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or violate Reddit's Terms of Service
  • Automate mass unsolicited outreach in violation of platform rules
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written when required by law
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

Outreach drafts and analyses are generated by AI. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content. AutoReddit does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Subscription & Payments

AutoReddit offers Free, Max ($50/month), and Founding ($1,000 one-time) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Qingxin LLC. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you, subject to any third-party rights (e.g., Reddit's content policies).

8. Limitation of Liability

AutoReddit is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to Reddit account suspensions resulting from your outreach activities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
